Completely repaired apartments with payment for up to 30 years - 282 manats per month
One of the largest construction companies in Azerbaijan, “Crystal Absheron” company has started selling apartments with a long-term mortgage. It should be noted that the possibility of getting an apartment under these terms is available only in "Crystal Absheron" projects compared to other construction companies.
According to “Marja” the customers who meet the requirements are able to buy apartments from the ready buildings of "Crystal Absheron" provided with extracts. These conditions, which have already started in April 2017 and are currently available in the Gunashli, Khirdalan, Ajami 1 and Sumgayit branches, will also apply to other branches of the company in the coming months. The mortgage loan with 20 percent prepayment is allocated to for 25 (ordinary) and up to 30 years (social), 8% annual (ordinary mortgage) and 4% (social mortgage) in manat. It should be noted that the offered mortgage conditions are the most favorable conditions on the market. Long term (up to 30 years) and low interest rates (4% and 8% annual) are the main advantages of this mortgage.
"Crystal Absheron"’s offer of housing mortgage for up to 30 years will allow each citizen to get a flat with monthly payments in accordance with their budget. At present the monthly fee starts from 282 manats. For example, the initial payment for a 1-roomed apartment in Khirdalan project is 9102 manats, 25 years, monthly payment is 282 manats.
REPAIR WITH BRAND AND QUALITY MATERIALS
One of the biggest advantages of the "Crystal Absheron" in housing market is the handover the apartment with repair. Repair is carried out with recognized and quality materials. Ceramic products (tile) of the Spanish company "STN", power lines of Turkey's Imkacable company, plumbing products of the "E.C.A." company, the lift engines of Italy's Alberto Sassi company, bath cabins of the German brand "Hüppen", oak parquet floors produced by Hungary and Russia, wallpapers of Italy’s Limonta company, the interior doors of the Belarusian production are being used during the repair works.
