Fabric wallpapers in apartments produced in Italy by "Limonta" company with high-quality, bath accessories are produced by Turkey's world-renowned "E.C.A." company. Tiles of bathrooms are imported from Spain. Floors of apartments will be covered with bright parquet produced in Indonesia.
Centralized digital satellite broadcasting system to provide access to local and foreign TV channels, telephone and internet lines will also be available for residents. Hot and cold water will be provided without any interruption cleaned on special equipment.
The central heating system that provides heating of the apartments is Italian production.
The project also intends to provide generators for uninterrupted power supply to all buildings.
The lifts of the building are produce of Turkey with engines made in Italy.
There will also be an opportunity for residents to get to the apartments directly from the subway parking lot, which ensures the safety of cars.
Security of the residential complex will be provided by uninterrupted protection cameras and security services. The commandant service will operate.
